So I saw a post on Threads by a MAGA saying he hoped ICE was at the polls in VA. What this tells me is he sees ICE as a means to stop registered voters and citizens from voting. They’re hoping that someone can intimidate people. It’s not about undocumented people who can’t vote. VA has voter ID.
So with the Virginia vote today. We already know that Democrats are energized and angry and have been since last year. I’m not sure why a significant percentage sat out 2024. But it will be interesting to see if Northern Virginia over performs for the YES vote. I voted yes of course.
