As a New Yorker born and raised in the Bronx who’s lived in Westchester County and now the DC metro region for 17 years I have to wonder. Why hasn’t anyone attempted to export the NYC bodega experience elsewhere? I mean the real deal. I’m talking Grand Concourse bodega, ok?
